The buyer is responsible for paying customs imports, taxes and duties in the country of destination.
Dispatch
Our products are shipped through reliable couriers. Shipments are insured and trackable. Please allow 7 to 10 working days to receive your package. We will prepare your package as quickly as we can and we will provide you with a tracking number once your items have been shipped. If you wish to receive your items quicker, please contact us and we will do our best to satisfy you.
Returns
We want our customers to be pleased with the pieces that they choose. Because we are a small business sharing and selling pieces that are hand-made and/or been used in the past, we will deal with returns on an individual basis.
Please email us at hello@maisontombo.com with the reason for return, and we will come back to you. In case of return, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed and the shipping costs for return will be at the charge of the customer. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as received. We reserve the right to deny a return if we think the return is not within reason.
Condition of Items
Most of our products are hand-made and/or have been used in the past. Some products have imperfections and various types of damages depending on their material, age and condition. Please carefully check the condition of the items you wish to purchase on the product description page. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information about an item that you like.
